From: James Smith, Yochana Solutions INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title- Program Manager, Data Center Equipment Demand Planning Location Austin TX (Onsite mandatory) Duration 1+year Responsibilities Managing material volume and timing requirements to meet supply chain strategies inline with overall business objectives, including the translation of material requirements for new product launches. Proactive communication of changes to demand requirements to internal customers. Communicate cross-functionally with. partner teams to meet customer requests. Present the monthly demand planning process output to leadership. Identify and quickly solve demand gaps and inefficiencies. Clearly document process solutions and requirements. Define and manage clear business metrics and goals for managing demand variability and forecast accuracy. Leverage historical forecast performance data, Market intelligence and Statistical forecasting inputs towards driving continued, sustained accuracy improvements of inventory models, supply chain buffers and demand plan signals. Develop short and long term demand models to optimize product transitions. Minimum Qualifications (MQs) BS or MS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience in relevant industry. Project management experience with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in using demand planning and forecasting tools. Advanced spreadsheet/database capabilities able to create models and maneuver within spreadsheets/databases to manage supply chain processes. Preferred Qualifications (PQs) 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations or planning within the tech industry. Expertise in Analytics / SQL / BigQuery. Deep knowledge of S&OP processes as well as experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes. Understanding of and experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools. Experience in implementing systems and tools across the supply chain. Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities.
