Job Description : We expect selected candidate to help SMTB to review their current business Ops and suggest ways to meet with future and emerging Industry requirements including automations and STP. Description : Custody Industry Veteran with a minimum 15 years of experience in the domain Should have worked in the Custody in leadership role in any of the core custody services department (Customer onboarding, Settlement, Safekeeping, Income services etc.) Should have prior working experience in performing Business consulting exercise around Process re-design, Automation opportunities, STP improvement etc. Should have exposure to best practices in documentation of suggested Future process. Should have good understanding on the tools available in market for Core Custody and Custody Value add services (Security Lending) Good understanding of Sec Lending process flows and exposure working with Securities Lending operations team.
