Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Duration: 6+ months Location: San Jose, CA/ RTP, NC (Hybrid) Job Description: Abilities Required: Strong business analysis skills with experience in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and reports Well versed in any two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Education Cloud, Industry Clouds. Familiarity with data management and reporting best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Passionate about the Salesforce platform and enjoy working with multiple business stakeholders to solve complex challenges Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, applications, Information Technology, or related field 12 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 4 years as Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst Able to understand Salesforce architecture, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Lightning UI (User Interface), Web Service and other components Knowledge of Salesforce security model and declarative customization Knowledge of Agile software development processes and best practices Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce BA is an added advantage Keywords: business analyst artificial intelligence user interface California North Carolina |
