http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1171289&uid= From: Prabhjith Singh, Siri Info [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Greetings from Siri InfoSolutions We have an immediate position, please find the below details Role: : PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Location: Merrill Lynch, NJ (onsite) Duration: 6 months Skills: PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) North America Payroll & Benefits Functional Consultant Job Description: Over all 8+ years experience is required PeopleSoft HCM Functional Knowledge on following modules is must NA Payroll Handling NA Payroll Configurations and Monthly Payroll Processing Handling User queries on compensation, earnings, deductions, social security, taxes, loans, garnishments, legal issues in payroll Handling union agreements requirements of Unions in US region Applying tax updates Good to have -Benefits Functional Knowledge T&L Functional Knowledge Basic functionality of the module and integration and data flow between payroll and other HCM modules must be knowing New York State Employers Retirement System and Police and Fire Retirement System Experience in Public sector organization PeopleTools Application Designer, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, PS Query, Component Interface, COBOL, PUM Desirable Skills: At least 9-12 years of experience in PeopleSoft applications Must have Functional knowledge of the areas of Payroll and have a thorough knowledge of US regulatory requirements (taxes, social security contributions) Must have worked on Support and Maintenance / Upgrade project as a Functional Consultant Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of PeopleSoft development including technical analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post implementation support In-depth understanding of PeopleTools, PeopleCode and PeopleSoft security features Should have in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft SDLC project life cycle Proficiency in Production Support for PeopleSoft Applications Solid understanding of setup tables, reporting, and integration of all modules Proficiency in Production Support for PeopleSoft Applications Should be able to understand and support inbound/outbound interfaces Experience in Functional & Technical Design documents Must speak English.
