[email protected] Visa and EAD are allowed to submit USC/GC are not allowed on C2C, they need to be W2 on Our Payroll Documents: Required - Visa Copy, DL, i-94 copy/ Passport copy for Submission Role Sr. Solution Architect/Solution Architect - Automation Location - Remote / EST Tentative Duration 12 months + Key Responsibilities:- Sr. Solution Architect / Solution Architect - Automation, is responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing, strategy, pattern and interfaces between HealthRules Payor and other ecosystem including custom framework, TDM and/or other business applications. Strong knowledge in Healthcare payer solution (Hands on knowledge on HRP applications is preferred). Good knowledge on end-to-end workflows like Claims processing, Member enrollment, Benefit plans, Claims payout/edits, EDI Integrations Integrate core HealthRules Payor platform with other enterprise ecosystem/ applications Perform automation framework assessment, set up roadmap for improvement & reviews. Participate in design & architectural reviews of automation solution, Build, Release and deploy the solution on premises, or on-cloud. Lead the development of technical solutions to support business requirements, ensuring alignment with technology standards and best practices. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Closely monitor and analyze HRP version changes and keep downstream peripheral applications compatible with Core HRP version upgrades. Participate in the testing, deployment, and maintenance of technical solutions. Provide technical leadership to development teams and other technical staff, including mentoring and coaching. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement new technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and operational manuals. Qualifications Self-starter, able to execute against required tasks with minimal instruction/support Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or related field. Strong experience in designing and implementing large-scale solutions using modern architectures, such as microservices, API-first, and cloud-native. Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technologies, such as ESB, messaging, and API gateways. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions within budget and timeline constraints. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in leading a team of technical leads and developers; ability to coach and mentor junior resources Experience with healthcare information technology or health insurance industry is preferred. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
