Position:    Sr.Salesforce /vlocity tech lead or Developer (Hybrid)

Location:    Newark, NJ

Duration:    6 months

Job Description:

Need senior candidates with Vlocity experienceJob Description
Provide leadership in the overall Salesforce architecture, application design and development of the system.
Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities.
Ensuring that the solution, and all customizations to the platform meet best practices
Knowledgeable on all Salesforce offerings, sales cloud, service cloud, force.com, etc.
Design documentation and best practice methodologies
Create & deliver, in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity and J2EE technologies.
Mentor team members to use best practice and new technology needs.Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of related professional experience.
Experience in full cycle programming.
College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Possess and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.

Professional Competencies
Operational and technical experience with development tools include but not limited to Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity and J2EE technologies; Web Services, REST API, SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, and the Salesforce Security model.
Process Analysis, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards
Architecting and building solutions within the Salesforce Portal
Integrating SFDC using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, etc..
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Analytical ability to evaluate and construct accurate and efficient programming solution to business problems.
