Develop world-class reporting for IT change and release management, including industry standard methods, criteria, and visualizations. Primary Responsibilities: Design features as required by team for implementation. This may be workflows for change, release, major incidents, or problem management Develop use case scripts for user acceptance testing and participate in validations Fully document reporting solutions and update any relevant documentation Support design and implementation of integration for automated reporting Develop, document, test any required integrations with the CMDB, Major Incident mgmt.
