Must Have Skills: Java, SDET, API Testing, SQL, SQL Query Writing Java Concepts: Access Modifiers and Default vs. Protected ArrayList in Java Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SDET QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, expertise in API testing, proficiency in SQL, and a proven track record of implementing automated testing frameworks. As a Lead SDET, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test suites, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Qualifications: Proficiency in Java programming language with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Solid understanding of API testing techniques and tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). 5+ years working on industry standard test automation tools ex: Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright etc Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries for data validation and verification. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
