Job Title: Organizational Change Management Lead Location: Houston, Texas Contract Job Need someone who can come to the office from day 1. Job Description: In partnership with Advisors, Business Sponsors, Program Management Office, and a team of operational and technical experts leading a multi-year deployment of SAP to establish a digital platform and globalize a new operational template that will accelerate value creation for customers, partners, and society. Integral contributor to the M&A Integration efforts of the Human Resource (HR) Team which is comprised of 11 cross-functional areas including Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Global Mobility, HR Data Management, HR Information Systems, Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Non-Employee Management, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a team of OCM professionals to ensure their timely execution of project deliverables, giving consistent effort to meet the client's, site leadership's, and their people's needs, and exceed their expectations whenever possible. Mentor and guide the OCM Team on change methodologies and strategies, issue resolution, business etiquette, communications, work product, data compilation, and reporting. Developed a structured change approach in alignment with corporate management methodology, standard processes and tools, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities the OCM Team applied to support the people in adopting the new solution, i.e., stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, engagement and communication plans, user feedback surveys, lessons learned, and reporting. Manage all aspects of project communications and reporting to all levels of the organization including internal project reporting and change control procedures. Created internal project processes to improve areas in business role mapping, end-user training assignments, and super-user development. Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to create solutions to their toughest issues and design "best in class" programs for implementation across the organization. Oversee integration efforts through all lifecycle phases (readiness, planning, execution, transition), developing comprehensive, structured, and practical integration program plans that ensure integration goals are met on time and with minimal disruption to business. Serve as a single point of contact for integration, information/updates, and ensure timely and accurate information flows across all stakeholders. Execute on a diverse set of projects/tasks ensuring the most important ones are completed on time and with high quality. Execute process review workshops, and ask intelligent questions to extract information needed from cross-functional stakeholder groups to identify improvement areas. Keep project organized and on track, always thinking ahead.
