At least two years of experience supporting a contact center using AWS Connect including: JavaScript experience Previous work in developing voice and chat contact flows within AWS Connect integrating AWS Lex Lambda and Dynamo components as well as understanding AWS Connect functionality (routing profile/queue creation, reporting, user setup, etc.) Experience integrating APIs into codebase Previous experience with AWS CloudWatch Infrastructure support (experience in Terraform & Scalr preferred) Support of contact center environment or knowledge of contact center operations * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
