Outcomes: 1. Identify key stakeholders, establish and maintain positive business relationships. 2. Maintain regular communication with customers, addressing their needs through empathy. 3. Define activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, and budget. 4. Anticipate and manage risks, implementing suitable risk management strategies. 5. Implement the governance model defined for similar projects. 6. Track and report project KPIs, analyze project health, and implement software delivery methodologies. 7. Adopt and build software engineering best practices for the team. Performance Areas: Scope Management: 1. Conduct requirements analysis, elicitation, scope control, and prioritization. 2. Drive the creation of common standards and solution artifacts. Project/Schedule Management: 1. Plan and manage multiple small projects/modules within UST. 2. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and schedule delays. 3. Estimate work, track activities, and report progress regularly. Risk/Issue Management: 1. Identify and track project dependencies. 2. Proactively identify and manage risks, following the escalation path. 3. Document risks and issues, communicate to stakeholders, and track impact. Stakeholder Management: 1. Identify internal and external stakeholders. 2. Define roles/responsibilities and communication plans. Test and Defect Management: 1. Support system integration testing. 2. Review/mentor team during test execution. 3. Support defining the test strategy and scenarios. 4. Prioritize defects based on criticality and severity. 5. Participate in defect triage meetings and analyze root causes. Governance: 1. Tailor organization's quality guidelines to meet project requirements. Domain/Industry Knowledge: 1. Understand how the proposed solution meets client requirements. Technology Concepts: 1. Understand the customer's technology landscape. 2. Map business requirements to technology requirements. Solution Structuring: 1. Present proposed solutions to customers, highlighting benefits. 2. Carve out simple solutions/POCs to build confidence. Self-Development and Organizational Initiatives: 1.
