Roles & Responsibilities: Utilize appropriate programming languages and technologies to write code, complete programming, and documentation, and perform testing and debugging for enterprise applications. Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team, assisting developers in project architecture and application programming practices. Manage individual projects and work as an individual contributor, ensuring timely project completion. Assist in defining project scope and objectives, offering technical architecture input, coordinating programming practices, and identifying resource needs. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports. Conduct project meetings, track project progress, and analyze results. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Recommend and take action to address analysis and problem-solving.
