 Hybrid in Irving, TX

The Enterprise Systems Dynamic 365 FNO Developer will design, develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and associated workflows that provide and support growth across the clients businesses. The position will ensure quality system enhancements, reporting and documentation that is reusable across lines of business. The ideal candidate for this position would be a software engineer who can design, develop and deliver quality and testable configuration, workflows and code matching requirements on schedule. The candidate should be experienced and be able to estimate the deliverable and deliver based on the schedule. The candidate should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the project team.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Describing finance and operations apps, and extending apps by using Microsoft Power Platform technologies

 Configuring administrative features and workflows

 Managing finance and operations data

 Validating and supporting solutions

 Planning architecture and solution design

 Applying developer tools

 Designing and developing AOT elements

 Developing and testing code

 Implementing reporting

 Integrating and managing data solutions

 Implementing security and optimizing performance

 Providing fully realized solutions using standardized application coding patterns, extensible

features, and external integrations

Requirements

 Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Engineering or computer-related field or 5+ years experience in software development working with Dynamic 365 FNO

 Experience developing flows using power platform

 Experience working with integrations such as Azure AD, Office 365 Exchange, SharePoint and PowerBI

 Experience establishing and managing external-facing Power Portals

 Proven Experience in hands-on data migration into F&O

 Demonstrable experience in Version Control

 Experience managing data integrations in and out of Common Data Service

 Experience with APIs, Logic Apps, Azure functions and Azure Service Bus

 Excellent organizational and project management skills: ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and different activities at the same time, meet deadlines

 Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse and non- technical stakeholders

 Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities and timelines

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn software development

 Excellent organizational skills, and follow-up with internal colleagues and supervisors on tasks and issues

 Microsoft Suite Certifications, and Microsoft Azure experience

 Software Development, DBA, SQL, ERP, CRM, or other IT related experience is a plus

 Strategic Skills: 

Ability to learn new skills and knowledge. Ability to understand concepts and complexity comfortably. Open to change and will try anything to find solutions. Able to handle uncertainty and make decisions without knowing the whole story.

 Operating Skills:

Dedicated to the needs of the customers,manufacturers and peers and has the patience to actively listen to all business partners. Able to solve problems and skillfully negotiate with a minimum of noise while managing stress.

Demonstrates integrity and trust through appropriate directness and truthfulness. Ability to understand personal strengths and weaknesses, seek feedback and improve upon shortcomings.

 Environmental Requirements: 

Has ability to work remote when not required in office for project-specific requirements.
