Title:- Product Manager

Mentoring and providing coaching to Group Product Managers,

Establishing and
measuring success against OKRs

Prior experience managing
cross-functional and empowered Digital Product teams in an Agile environment
and knowledge in SAFe methodology.

Leveraging product &
data analysis and user insight / data tools such as: Google Analytics,
heatmaps, user testing, surveys, etc. to make daily and long-term decisions
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many
constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay
out argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.

Proven ability to engage
with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and
collaborative relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong
relationships with stakeholders and validate priorities.

Establish common
practices and communication within Product Groups to create synergies and
alignment.

Strong understanding of
the use of data to drive decision making and prioritization, focusing on the
right things, not all the things.

Ensure teams develop and
communicate the brand-specific Roadmap based on generic product roadmap and in
collaboration with the brand stakeholders and Product Managers on global
product and regional product teams.

Support all Product
Owners on their specific roadmap development and backlog, as well as resource
issues, brand escalations, and future scaling planning.

Establish Definition of
Ready to ensure generic product roadmap includes rollout enablers and
dependencies.

Measure KPIs of all
changes and use to inform backlog and release prioritization to other brands.

Ensure teams are demo-ing
all work in organized and business value driving way that is tied to strategic
themes and product strategy.

Needed Skills:

Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative
relationships with brand and regional stakeholders

Proven skills in coaching and mentoring leaders and team
members

Highly collaborative & solution-oriented with good
conflict resolutions skills

Ability to enact change quickly and pivot between many
competing priorities

Ability to develop team members by inspiring, encouraging
and providing constructive feedback

Strong leadership skills

Ability to work directly with both non-technical business
stakeholders and technical teams

Experience
in analytics and consumer behavior tracking
