Role: Project Manager Location: Tallahassee, FL Onsite (Local to FL) Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Video/ Phone Earliest Start Date: ASAP Need LinkedIn profile link Must-have skills : 3+ y of exp as a PM; cloud migration exp; Azure Cloud Requirements: Availability to work 100% on Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); IT work experience (3-5 years); Experience managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams (5+ years); Experience utilizing Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects (5+ years); Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures (5+ years); Experience with PMO methodologies and documentation (5+ years); Experience with meeting facilitation and documentation (5+ years); Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports (5+ years); Experience with Risk and Issue Management (5+ years); Leadership experience; Experience with Azure cloud; Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code (preferred); Experience with state government projects (preferred); Experience using Offender Based Information System (OBIS) (preferred); Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred); Experience managing large projects for a government agency (preferred); Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred); Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management (preferred); ITIL Service Management Foundations Certified (preferred); Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop and manage resource-loaded and leveled project plans; Serve as a liaison with users; Provide project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders as well as executive leadership; Manage resources for associated projects; Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with PMO standards and other documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code; Work closely with customers, stakeholders and IT software developers to document business requirements; Develop As-Is, To-Be, and other required business analysis documentation; Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts; Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team.
