http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=118050&uid= From: Apoorva Aggarwal, Amtex Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Network Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Project Details:Vulnerability and hardening guide compliance - Must have experience implementing hardening guides and tracking remediation of non-compliances - Qualys experience required, implementing hardening guides - ***Highly preferable experience with hardening of network and security devices Description: This position is to support network engineer activities under Gravity Program, specifically focus on Disaster Recovery Activities: 1) Build the Disaster Recovery network for Gravity 2) Create all the necessary connectivity between Gravity Disaster Recovery and AWS 3) Troubleshoot Disaster Recovery replication performance issues 4) Assist during DR drills and DR test (end to end) Skills needed: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work well with others team members. The ability to clearly and effectively communicate through verbal and written means. Create complete end-to-end plans including designs and/or upgrades for enterprise-wide LANs/WANs. Coordinate any modifications to the network environment with other IT departments, and change management. Experience developing Concepts of Operation, Requirements, Basis of Design, and critical design documents and drawings. Ability to perform fault isolation and resolution in a methodical, thorough manner. Assist with life-cycle management evaluations and recommendations. Rotate 24x7 on-call support with other team members as required. Experience designing and operating networks using routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, route leaking, route redistribution, route-maps etc. Wan technologies, mpls, SDWAN, DMVPN, MPLS , vrf etc. Experience installing, configuring and maintaining cisco switches 2950, 3750, 3750X, 4500, 6500, Catalyst 9000 Series and Nexus, stackwise, protocols like STP, RSTP, MSTP, PVST, R-PVST, PVST. Experience with network management applications and related protocols such as SNMP and Netflow, SolarWinds,NetBrain CA Spectrum, Wireshark , Netscout. Experience with wireless networking technologies in the 802.11 protocol suite, wireless lan controllers, access points and Cisco Prime Understanding of and experience applying Information Security concepts and protocols to core network infrastructure and data transport, IPsec, GRE Tunnel, Access control Lists (ACL's), VPN, 802.1x , MAB (MAC Authentication Bypass) and cisco ISE. AAA Architecture: Tacacs+, RADIUS, Cisco ACS, Cisco ISE. Valid Cisco certifications including, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP are highly desirable.
