Interview conducted on Webex Must have experience with ServiceNow. Must gather and document requirements and generate business processes models to outline various user workflows. Must coordinate with technical team to create user stories to facilitate application development and perform functional unit testing of developed user stories. Must assist with risk and scope management efforts. Must document Process Flows. Must create Technical Specification documentation. Must develop and complete Quality Assurance Test Scripts. Must support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Must have the ability to create and understand process diagrams, flowcharts, and business models. Must have the ability to identify and define the scope, objectives, and functionality of a project. Must have the ability to translate technical terminology into easy-to-understand terms. Must have the skill to outline project scope, objectives, and functionality. Must have the skill to translate business processes into information technology requirements. Must have the ability to assess situations, including risks and benefits, receive feedback from stakeholders, and select a course of action. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
