Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of working experience developing or maintaining web-based application software, including HTML and XML. Must have at least two (2) years of experience supporting public facing, missing critical applications similar to those reflect in the scope of work. Must have at least three (3) years of working experience with advanced-level technical writing skills, including, but not limited to, developing high quality technical documentation, such as technical processes and procedures, software architecture or design documents, user manuals and programming manuals. Must have at least three (3) years of work experience providing application software support for enterprise applications in a Java/Linux environment, including Apache Tomcat, Red Hat Linux, React Js, Spring Core Framework, Apache Comins, Apache Struts, Apache Axis, MySQL, and Jasper Reports. Must have at least two (2) years of working experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Tools (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint). Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills (DKES): The Offerors Proposed Team Members may meet each DKES, however, they are not required to possess: Three (3) years of working experience with Linux operating systems and MySQL databases in a production environment, including performing system administration, database administration, and production support tasks. (2 points per year, 6 points maximum) Three (3) years of working experience in a technical lead position and have demonstrated the ability to act in a lead capacity on the most complex applications, and application programming problems.
