Java Based: Algorithm, Algorithm Spot, Batch Jobs, Change Handler, Business Entity. Experienced in developing batch interfaces both inbound and outbound to ORMB. Experienced in developing APIs integrating ORMB with external applications and online customer portals. Functional/technical understanding across process areas Policy/Plan/Membership, Customer Management, Pricing, Billing, Payments and Delinquency modules in ORMB Job Responsibilities: Lead development/enhancements of custom solutions across modules Algorithms, Batch Jobs, Business components, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones, Business services etc. Develop inbound/outbound interfaces (both batch and APIs) to integrate ORMB with upstream and downstream applications. Ensure development and testing of components across process areas Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Pricing, Delinquency, Interfaces, APIs Support performance analysis/tuning to ensure deliverables meet defined SLAs. Provide guidance to junior developers with functional/technical issues to help in development and delivery of solutions. Manage system configurations, application environments and support for the installations, deployments and application upgrades of ORMB both in production and non-production environments. Perform code reviews to ensure deliverables meet the quality, performance and best engineering practices. Support testing teams with analysis across the various phases of implementation SIT/UAT/Performance/Parallel/Regression Help Automation test teams to build robust test suites to improve test coverage. Provide production support by analysing incident tickets, impact analysis and solution fixes.
