Perform engineering analysis, problem identification and troubleshooting of complex obsolescence issues with limited supervision Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports with limited supervision Technically lead and/or executes engineering projects Collaborate with stakeholders for alternate solution development and qualifications. Collaborate with supply chain to secure sufficient inventory basis supply-demand projections and product roadmaps. Resolve customer complaints & escalations by applying quality methods for corrective[1]preventive actions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to increase teams overall effectiveness Functional Knowledge Sound technical knowledge of electrical & electromechanical concepts and applications - components, schematics, electrical system, PCB, cable & harness Component obsolescence forecasting and risk mitigation strategies Component selection; alternate source identification & FFF Validation BOM Analysis / Comparison (Module Impact and Structure Analysis) Product Lifecycle Methodology and PLM / ERP tools Engineering change management methodology CAD & PCB design and tools Environmental Directives & Compliance (RoHS/REACH/WEEE) Safety Compliance (UL/CSA/FCC) Materials Mgmt - Risk analysis & LTB estimation Preferred Skills Component Engg with Design concepts & DFx skills Quality methodology Project Management Interpersonal and presentation skills MS Office & VB Tableau reporting (optional) Keywords: microsoft California Texas http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1182751&uid= |
