Responsibilities: Configure, and manage Microsoft  SQL Server databases for various applications. Monitor and tune database performance to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Utilize  SQL Server Profiler and  SQL Server Management Studio to diagnose and troubleshoot database issues. Design and implement efficient stored procedures and functions to improve data access and manipulation. Analyze and optimize user-written  SQL queries to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization. Understand and utilize dynamic  SQL to handle complex data retrieval needs. Maintain a deep understanding of database security best practices and implement appropriate access controls. Collaborate with application developers to ensure effective database design and utilization. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in  SQL Server technologies and best practices. Understand usage patterns and plan. Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Application  DBA or similar role. Strong understanding of  SQL Server administration, including installation, configuration, and optimization. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database performance issues. Proficient in writing and optimizing  SQL queries, including stored procedures and functions. Experience working with  SQL Server Profiler and  SQL Server Management Studio. Understanding of database security concepts and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
