Expertise in the integration flow between CMIC (homegrown tool) and DataDog. Experience in benchmarking and anomaly alerting based on benchmarks. Proficiency in the rollout process of existing agents within DataDog. Familiarity with DataDog tagging nomenclature and third-party integrations. Conducting health checks and gap analysis to identify best practices. Creating and implementing remediation plans to address issues identified in health check reports. Implementing automated agent rollout processes and repeatable procedures for creating alarms, metrics, and health check monitors. Documentation skills to create process documentation. Improving the integration flow between CMIC and DataDog. Knowledge of Centrify for internal AD process monitoring. Familiarity with the Datadog Roles API for managing permissions and users. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to understand customer needs and use cases. Designing and implementing solutions from start to finish based on user insights and requirements. Supporting multiple product teams with explorations and prototypes for new visualizations and enhancements using real data.
