Role: Apriso Functional Consultant Location: Providence, RI - Onsite Duration: Contract to Hire (Initial 6 Months Contract) Mode: Video Job Details: Functional Consultant Interact with factory for understanding functional requirements. Interact with product owner(s). Functional Design and FDS preparation. Functional test script preparation Functional solution validation & testing. To take a lead role in the full life cycle delivery of the MES solution for Business projects from initial concept, requirements gathering, specification, design, meeting with product owner for design review & approval. Provide help into operational support. Delmia Apriso 6-8 Experience range : 5-8 years Domain and consulting capabilities specific to CPG manufacturing Good understanding of CPG business processes. Experienced working in DevOps mode. Experience in translating Business requirements to functional or technical solution by mapping business processes to IT capabilities. Experience on functional design and design specification documentation for any MES implementation. Good understanding of Production, Quality, Inventory and Maintenance capabilities required in CPG Should have been part of testing/validation exercise in creating test script for SIT/UAT and functional validation. Ability to comprehend complex scenarios, purpose effective plans & solutions in tackling challenges. Ability to document and do basic level troubleshooting of application issues. Prefer Good understanding of control systems automation and its integration with MES solution. Familiarity with Agile framework and Industry 4.0 Experience on Fit-Gap assessment for MES functionalities. Experience in MES implementation on any COTs tool like Apriso, Simatic IT, GE Proficy. Knowledge on preparing impact assessment for change management Good analytical skills. Experience on OPC tools like Kepware, RS Linx etc. Experience of working in manufacturing environment Good communication skills (written and verbal) Good Experience in SDLC and Agile/ Scrum Development.
