Responsibilities: Manage Active Directory and LDAP tools, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. Implement Self-Service Group Management modules to empower users and streamline group management processes. Configure and enable Distribution List rules to automate user population/removal based on HR attributes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Utilize Runtime entitlement engines to enforce access controls and streamline authorization processes for applications. Understand and apply IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) processes, ensuring compliance and security. Expertise in searching and updating LDAP directories using LDAP query syntax and alternate protocols like ADSI and JNDI. Develop and maintain scripts in PowerShell, CMD, and other scripting languages to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality. Work with JSON syntax and trigger endpoint APIs over REST, facilitating integration with other systems and services. Experience with Java programming is a plus, contributing to the development and enhancement of identity management solutions. Requirements: Hands-on experience with Active Directory and LDAP tools, with a detailed understanding of group management capability in multi-domain AD environments. Experience in provisioning/deprovisioning and setting up API-based integrations between systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Good understanding and experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and related services, facilitating web-based identity management solutions. Familiarity with Self-Service Group Management modules, such as MIM, Netwrix, or GroupID, and awareness of respective offerings on various cloud platforms. Ability to configure Self-Service group management features in on-prem AD, enabling group owners to manage groups they own efficiently. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and IGA processes, along with experience in implementing use-cases enabled via entitlement engines for applications. Expertise in LDAP query syntax and alternate protocols like ADSI and JNDI, with a deep understanding of LDAP schema, object types, data structure, view, and permission model. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, CMD, and alternate scripting languages, enabling automation and customization of identity management processes. Experience working with JSON syntax and triggering endpoint APIs over REST, facilitating seamless integration with other systems and services. Experience with Java programming is a plus, contributing to the development and enhancement of identity management solutions.
