Job Role: Appian Developer Location: Malvern, PA(Hybrid-3 days a week, must be onsite day 1) Payrate: $55-$60/hr. on C2H(3 months C2H) Visa: No H1B Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in Appian and complete development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities Ensure the viability of IT deliverables, recommending development options and approving the team's technical deliverables as well as conduct testing, including functionality, technical limitations, and security Identify potential solutions and approve technical solutions proposed by team members, elevating complex technical issues to IT experts Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, researching issues and performing root cause analysis as well as anticipate technology problems and prevent them; communicate with key stakeholders on project issues and implications Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues Explain technical considerations at related meetings, including those with internal clients Perform systems analysis activities; communicate project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers Qualifications/Technical Skills Over 8 years of overall industry experience with strong experience designing and developing applications using Appian Platform Design and implementation of complex SAIL interfaces and process models Appian certification is a plus Experience in automated unit, integration and end-end testing Able to translate requirements into well-architected solutions Problem-solver and a team player Strong knowledge of SQL Familiarity with the agile scrum SDLC Trust is Contagious!!
