Your responsibilities will include identifying impacted systems, crafting end-to-end use cases, and designing high-level architectures. Collaborating closely with operations teams and subject matter experts, you'll map process flows and assess system impacts to develop effective solutions. Responsibilities: Define and articulate the vision and strategy for ServiceNow transformation projects. Identify impacted systems and stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project scope. Develop end-to-end use cases and roadmaps to guide project implementation. Design high-level architectures and provide input on technical solutions. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to the application development team.
