The manager would like someone with hands-on experience doing an HR Implementation in ServiceNow and UI or Workspaces implementation in ServiceNow. Key Skills: 1. Experience creating APIs. 2. Workforce optimization experience. 3. Process optimization experience. 4. HR and Workday 5. ITSM working with portals and workspaces. 6. Performed custom rally integrations. 7. HR Integrations with Power BI. 8. HR Integrations with Snowflake. 9. Helping to improve reporting in Snowflake. QUALIFICATIONS: 8 years experience building or maintaining Rest APIs 8 years experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML) 8 years experience with SQL and relational databases 5 years experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) & with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) ITIL related certification Foundations or higher Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (included recent Deltas) Experience with Integration Hub, Managed and Custom Spokes Experience building Custom Applications, including new roles, tables, metrics, & reporting. Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 8 years experience in IT, software development, or ServiceNow administration ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & Certified ServiceNow Developer 3 Additional Certifications within ServiceNow modules HR IMPLEMENTATION, WORKSPACE IMPLEMENTATION Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
