The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their motion design abilities, a passion for storytelling through animation, and proficiency in industry-standard software. Job Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create dynamic motion graphics that effectively communicate concepts, messages, and brand identity. Develop animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engage audiences across different digital platforms. Collaborate with creative teams to translate concepts and scripts into compelling visual narratives through storyboards and animatics. Design and create original assets, illustrations, and graphics to be used in motion graphics projects. Edit and integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects, ensuring synchronization with audio and video elements. Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging. Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video producers to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and deliver cohesive multimedia content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and enhance motion graphics Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design, preferably in an in-house or agency environment. Experience working in communications department of an IT major would be an added advantage Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in motion graphics, animation techniques, and visual storytelling. Understanding of media and cross-platforming Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with video editing and compositing techniques.
