From: Charan, Anveta charan@anveta.com Reply to: charan@anveta.com Role: Dynatrace Engineer Location: Plano, TX Duration: 12 months Note: Must be Locals Details of the role: Key responsibilities: Configuring and administering the Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring (APM) suite of tools to support overall performance management efforts. Interface with business users and stakeholders to determine needs. Perform duties for third-party application design, integration, support, installations, and configurations. Act as a resource for resolving complex problems. Identify and implement process/procedural improvements. Required Skills: Experience designing, configuring, and implementing complex Dynatrace deep diagnostics solutions across complex enterprise platforms. Experience with deployment and configuration of Dynatrace UEM agents including the ability to troubleshoot down to the individual user level. Experience assisting business teams to establish policies, alerts, dashboards, and custom configuration for visibility into the environment. Experience developing and documenting best practices in developing and deploying Dynatrace. Good communication skills both oral and written and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with end users and staff. Proven experience deploying, managing, and supporting Dynatrace environments. Demonstrable knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and best practices. Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical consumers from IT administrators to executive level stakeholders. Self-motivated and self-educating, able to function independently as needed. Also, need to be able to collaborate with fellow Dynatrace engineers as well as customers. Good to have skills: Operational experience with any of the following areas: network engineering, Linux/Unix systems administration, Windows/Active Directory administration, network management, storage, virtualization.
