Requirements: Support existing model including dashboards, reports, integrations, and access rules. Gather requirements, design, and implement enhancements or model expansions. Analyze and communicate impact of product feature releases. Create and maintain technical documentation. Investigate and troubleshoot issues as needed, liaison between Users and Workday support.
