Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated 
Lab Technician
 with some 
Hands-on Lab experience


We are looking for a fast-paced 
Lab Support Technician
.

The ideal candidate will work with all cross-functional teams within hardware, 
Asics, FPGA, SW, QA
, and manufacturing teams throughout NPI development processes and sustaining the existing products. 

The work environment is the lab environment. Be ready for walking requests and jump on high-priority requests

Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of installed and removed software packages
.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, schematic, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to troubleshoot complex circuits from system to assemblies to component levels to determine root-cause failures.

Ability to operate a personal computer using a 
Windows-based and Linux-based operating system and related software
.

Computer or server installation experience is a plus
.

Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal.

Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.

Demonstrate understanding of how to work successfully in cross-functional organizations.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architecture
.

Ability to constantly move around the department required.

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted).

The position requires manual tools and power equipment standards in the maintenance and repair of electronic equipment.

Moderate walking, frequent stopping, bending, and reaching required.

The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate May be exposed to loud noise, dust, and electrical and chemical hazards
.

Using 
Cadence Alegro Viewer
 is a plus.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, schematic, short correspondence, and memos.

Mid-level knowledge in 
Touch up/ Rework

Mid to high-level 
Proven debug efficiency
.

Mid-level knowledge of

Touch up/ Rework, knowledge in Linux commands, Hardware Lab Technician
 skills.
