The role is a Project Manager. This is a portfolio management office team. We have two projects this individual would manage and the primary is Card Data Product Excellence. They are building structure around data related products across Cap1. This person would need a general understanding how to interface with tech and business teams in card and understand their data and be able to speak the jargon to understand how the data is being used to launch products across the enterprise. Must Have: Facilitate meetings Synthesize meeting notes into actionable objectives Work with both tech and business steams to solve problems and drive delivery Ideally previous experience in a data-oriented background Change Management Expertise> Take what has been build and enhance our solutions Strong Communication and collaboration with Sr. leaders and stakeholders Ability to work autonomously The Project Manager will work with Card Data Now, in conjunction with our Enterprise and Card partners, to deliver data related initiatives that support the strategic outcome of the business. They will facilitate meetings, document decisions, and work with team members to execute delivery tasks. The Project Manager will possess excellent communications skills as they regularly elevate risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership. An ideal candidate would be able to guide cross-functional discussion in order to create alignment and be comfortable presenting to senior leaders and decision makers. Responsibilities: Own, develop and execute project deliverables in a defined framework Work in partnership with agile teams delivering on program needs Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success criteria Drive meetings to help cross-functional teams plan, coordinate, and execute tasks Coordinate within and across portfolios to align efforts to desired program outcomes Work with Program leadership to identify solutions for delivering on program objectives while identifying and mitigating obstacles blocking program success Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout product life cycle Build and maintain strong relationships with key program stakeholders and leadership of cross-functional teams Surface data-backed insights to program leadership and stakeholders to drive decision-making and facilitate tradeoff discussions Report and communicate to senior leadership on program status Basic Qualifications: 5+ years experience of project management Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership Solid history of working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Analyst) to take projects from inception to launch Experience with Zoom and Google Workplace products, to include: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years experience as a program manager delivering data focused projects Proven track record of delivering projects across heavily matrixed organizations Trust is Contagious!!
