The ideal Lead SQL Application DBA Hybrid will bring at least 8 years of in-depth experience using Microsoft SQL Server on Windows Cluster, always on, Nutanix, and Scripting in Power: SQL Server 2015 to Current 170 databases - very large environment Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity SSRS, SSIS Coding, Power guru Understands schema and data dictionary Thought leader Not an Operational DBA Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering. 8+ years of in-depth experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 on Windows Cluster. Experience in a Lead Database Administrator role supporting and leading a team of Database Administrators and Developers. Demonstrated experience working in a large Database environment (150 databases or more) Thought leadership in best practices for Database Administration. Experience in an Always On environment where systems are continuously available and on the network. Strong experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning and execution. Experienced with T-SQL and scripting in Power. Detailed understanding of Database Schema, Data Dictionary, and Database Design. Experience with SAN. Experience with Nutanix. 1. Years as a SQL DBA 2.
