Title: Associate IAM Governance Analyst (PAM) Location: Remote but MUST reside in one of the states: NJ, NY, FL, IL, NC or TX Duration: 6+ month Contract to hire no sponsorship Visa: USC or GC Only Industry: Banking IAM Governance and IAM Architecture are keys to the role Per call with Mgr- MUST HAVE CYBERARK experience, 5 yrs Infosec, risk and controls, excellent communication skills The candidate in this role works with the VP of PAM Governance to provide guidance in deployment of best practices in PAM. Responsible for the support of a PAM Center of Excellence within the IT Security department, which provides advisory and technical support services across the enterprise. The position also supports the VP and Director of IAM governance on IAM technical and policy landscapes to assist in aligning with the enterprise's strategic business goals. Responsibilities: Provide governance for the lifecycle and workflow for all enterprise Privileged accounts Assist with providing requirements for PAM governance that enforces applicable organization security policies and access management requirements Demonstrate an understanding of Privileged Access Management and integration with broader security solutions, such as Identity & Access Governance, SIEM while articulating and communicating business risks Participate in and support strategic growth and business development initiatives across all shared service groups Ability to confidently articulate risks to the business Assist in Continual PAM Governance Service Improvement efforts by identifying, and sometimes leading, opportunities for process improvement Assists in the definition of cross-platform information security and/or identity management policies and procedures as well as a senior contributor on departmental standard operating procedures, processes, and guidelines. Recommending improvement opportunities in IAM/PAM governance, reducing inefficiencies and improving the companies risk posture. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience with Information Security, Governance, IT Risk, or in a technology related field Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and functionality of Privileged Access and Account Management systems and controls Experience in leading an IAM or PAM Governance team 3+ years experience with domain knowledge on the following areas of IAG & PAM. User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring Access Certification Segregation of Duties Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude Keywords: information technology green card Florida Illinois New Jersey New York North Carolina Texas |
