Job Details: Role: Junior QA Engineer Manual Testing Position: Long-Term Position Location: Peachtree City or Farmington Hills (Onsite since day 1) Roles & Responsibilities: (1)Engineering feasibility testing (2)Verification procedure development (develop procedure, dry run, release) (3)Verification procedure execution (run procedure, document results, release) (4) FAI support Required Skills (Technical Competency): Experience in manual testing of UI based applications Experience in writing & executing Test procedures Understanding of various types of testing and Verification & Validation Desired Skills: 2-4 years of experience in software testing. Experience in Verification and Validation of engineering applications preferably in Healthcare domain. Experience in tools such as ALM, Clear Quest. Experience in designing and developing test plans, test cases and generating test reports, defect reports and documentation Experience in error guessing techniques, Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, Beta, Database, Exploratory Testing etc. Experience in preparing effective bug reports using defect tracking system and tracking them to closure. Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential. Good communication and presentation skills.
