Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated iOS Lead Developer to take on a key role in the development of a cutting-edge healthcare native mobile app. As the iOS Lead Developer, you will be responsible for managing technology within the project, providing technical guidance and solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Client teams, to achieve project goals. Responsibilities: 1. *Technical Leadership:* - Provide overall technical leadership for the development of a healthcare native mobile app. - Offer hands-on development expertise and guidance to the development team. - Collaborate with Client teams to understand requirements and align technical solutions. 2. *Native iOS Development:* - Lead a scrum team in developing and implementing native iOS solutions for the healthcare mobile app. - Utilize strong expertise in Native iOS development to deliver high-quality code. 3. *Collaboration and Communication:* - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Client Tech teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of project deliverables. - Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the agile development process. 4. *Technical Problem Resolution:* - Resolve technical queries and challenges faced by the development team. - Conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. 5. *Unit Testing and Code Coverage:* - Drive the creation of unit tests, ensuring proper code coverage to maintain software quality. - Verify and enforce proper code coverage for all developed features. 6. *Agile Adherence:* - Contribute to agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile development principles. - Provide timely updates in Azure DevOps (ADO) for user stories and project progress. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in Native iOS mobile app development, with a focus on healthcare applications. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor a development team. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including participation in scrum ceremonies. - Proficiency in creating unit tests and ensuring proper code coverage. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project management tools.
