A demonstrated track record of successfully implementing a Q/A and release management practice Experience overseeing offshore team members Experience in agile environment Skills (Technologies/Methodologies): The ideal candidate should be an expert in the retail domain and particularly eCommerce. Candidate should have good experience in defining the overall test plan for web site testing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists and Business analyst is key to be successful in this role.
