Should have experience building a roadmap and maintaining a vision for customers goals. Expert in SAP S/4HANA global design with US localization (three FLC of S/4HANA) and should be able to perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet client business requirements. Create business process procedures (BPPs), swim lane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides, and testing scripts SAP FI, CO, AP, AM, AR, GPM (Government Property Management) experience needed within a complex OEM Aviation or A&D manufacturing space. Understand Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and Government Resource Related Billing (RRB), Contract Holdback & DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), to achieve CAS compliance. Know Actual Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), Workforce Authorization Management (WAM), and Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements. Dassian experience a plus. Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project) Targeted travel, as needed to client locations. Lead and mentor team members, and provide best practices training to end-users.
