You will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating the development and implementation of solutions to address those needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable specifications. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. Elicit and document business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation, ensuring that they are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with business objectives. Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and success metrics. Work closely with the technical team (e.g., developers, architects, testers) to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that the proposed solutions meet business needs and expectations. Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are understood, implemented, and validated effectively. Assist in the development of prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to visualize proposed solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from stakeholders to validate that the delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and address business needs. Provide ongoing support and assistance to business stakeholders, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting, to ensure successful adoption and utilization of implemented solutions. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in business analysis and process improvement, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation techniques, such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and data modeling. Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) used in the development and delivery of software solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work products that meet business needs and expectations. Preferred Additional Skills: Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus. Experience with business process modeling and optimization techniques, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or Lean Six Sigma. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for exploring and presenting data insights. Understanding of basic principles of software development, including coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and database concepts (e.g., SQL databases, data warehouses). Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) relevant to the organization's business domain.
