Bring in thought leadership of QA practices as it relates to SAP testing including best practices in maintenance of Test suites. Experience in writing/enhancing of Test Plan, Test Strategy defining of in scope , out scope , testing approach , project milestone , Risks and mitigation etc. Self-Motivated in handling the work assigned and in adherence with SLA deliverables and meeting deadlines Experience in gap analysis of Manual Test cases and effort estimates to correct them.
