Job Role: ERP Analysis (Level III Support) General Applications/Security & Networking Support, Location: One day onsite in Allentown PA/ Bethlehem PA. Duration: 6+ Month They will need to come onsite to support the applications that are onsite approx. once a week. Candidates should have strong analysis skills, be familiar with basic concepts of applications, security, networking. Below is the job description. - Analyst support of ERP Applications. - Work includes but not limited to working on Tier 2 and 3 tickets, onboarding/offboarding of users, troubleshooting hardware issues, working on projects for system upgrades, work with IT Teams and vendors to troubleshoot security/network issues - Application include but not limited to 1) Allscripts Supply Chain / Financial Management systems 2) MM Hayes - cash register system, 3) Lynx security system 4) Jonas Fitness Center 5) CCure security system ERP JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide ongoing maintenance, support and development to assigned applications and implement new products. Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Test and verify software releases, upgrades and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment. Generate and update appropriate documentation as per policy and procedure. Including requirements, specifications, change control, end user documentation. Provide education and training for application end user community keeping them informed of new release feature/functionality, changes/revisions that impact the operation. Create and route required operational and management reporting needs as required by management and regulatory agencies. Solid understanding of operational / clinical services and information / work flow of assigned areas. Ability to analyze, diagnose, support and implement process/operational change. Will interact and collaborate with all levels of healthcare personnel; IT Management, Clinicians, Consultants and Administrators. Active member of project team coordinating project tasks and utilizing project management skills for specific tasks. Strong process improvement and project management skills. Level 3 support for Application related issues. Function as part of a team. Strong Customer Service Orientation and ability to follow through on issue resolution. Trust is Contagious!!
