Position: TWS Platform Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN (LOCAL, DAY1 ONSITE) EXPERIENCE: 10+ Years Competencies: IT IS AMS Tools Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Job Description: Install, configure, and customize Tivoli Workload Scheduler according to business requirements. Integrate TWS with existing systems and applications to automate job scheduling processes. Develop and maintain job scheduling standards and best practices. Monitor TWS environment for performance issues, errors, and bottlenecks. Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure uninterrupted service. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as applying patches, upgrades, and backups. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand job scheduling requirements. Create and manage job schedules, dependencies, and workflows in TWS. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency.
