Job Title: ServiceNow HR Administrator Location: 100% remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities Demonstrate expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement maintenance and testing of ServiceNow for HR. Interact with business users to gather and clarify business requirements and translate requirements into system functionality utilizing best practices and making recommendations to ensure optimal system functionality Evaluate newly released functionalities, and recommend solutions that meet business needs while fitting into overall Human Resource strategies Provide hands-on leadership and program management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate Use excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD, employee service center and knowledge base applications Demonstrate experience leading solution and design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting Serve as the main liaison between business partners and the IT function, applying expertise in business analysis and experience with HR systems to recommend and implement solutions that enable the organization to achieve goals Assist translation of HR business and COE (Centers of Excellence) needs into business requirements Partner with the ServiceNow platform team to ensure ServiceNow HR is aligned with their vision and strategy Collaborate with development and business partners to define the solution/service, manage the backlog and release schedule, as well as manage timelines and capacity of the team to align with the business requirements Provide support for the bi-annual ServiceNow upgrades, coordinate testing with subject matter experts and ensure delivered functionality performs as expected Lead User Acceptance Testing and system validation for projects Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Admin and/or Configuration specifically HR Service Delivery solutions including Employee Center, Employee Journey Management and Case/Knowledge Mgmt. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR configuration, virtual agent conversation design, journey design and configuration, surveys, and analytics Advanced skills in HR process design and mapping, deep knowledge of HR processes, delivery models, and organizational structures Proficient in program management methodologies and tools in addition to performing business analyst activities Education BS/BA in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or similar area. Work experience in lieu of education may be considered.
