SAP Testing/Training Lead

Remote work during PST hours, occasional travel

6+Month Contract

Overview:
Manage SAP testing team in planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive testing strategies for implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure quality and reliability of SAP modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project requirements.
Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate scripts and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:
Lead SAP testing team in planning, executing, and managing testing strategies.
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project timelines.
Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts.
Manage test data creation, maintenance, and validation.
Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate scripts and improve efficiency.
Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and issues.
Provide guidance and mentorship to testing team.
Act as subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.

Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills.
Willingness to work remotely and in PST hours with occasional travel.
Proficiency in SAP testing methodologies.
Experience in developing test plans, cases, and scripts.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of testing tools and automation.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Compliance with quality assurance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
