Position: Salesforce BA Location: Windsor, CT (Dayone Onsite) Rate: $60/hr on C2C Detailed JD: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SCM/ logistics domain Proven track record of successfully analyzing business challenges, designing and implementing solutions, and driving measurable business impact. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to dissect complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions. Masterful communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau). Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. A demonstrable passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest trends in business analysis.
