Design and develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for Salesforce applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. Customize and extend Salesforce Lightning components to enhance user experience and functionality. Implement best practices for usability, accessibility, and performance optimization in UI/UX design and development. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and continuously improve the user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, Salesforce development, and emerging technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with a focus on Salesforce platform (Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Communities, etc.). Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Experience designing and developing responsive web applications and mobile-friendly interfaces. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Salesforce UI/UX guidelines. Solid understanding of Salesforce development concepts including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
