Contract Duration: 12+ months with possible extension. Qualifications: Over 7 years of expertise in Cloud technologies, with a preference for AWS. Proficient in implementing infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform for automated provisioning and management of AWS resources. Ensure adherence to security best practices in cloud solutions, encompassing data encryption, identity and access management (IAM), network security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Optimize AWS resource and application performance through configuration tuning, leveraging caching mechanisms, and implementing scalability features. Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, EC2, VPC, Lambda, Amazon MSK (Manage Streaming for Apache Kafka), B11ROSA (OpenShift), EKS or ECS Fargate, ECR. Implement cost-effective solutions by analyzing AWS pricing models, right-sizing resources, utilizing spot instances, and implementing cost monitoring and optimization strategies. Deploy monitoring and logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch, AWS Config, and other tools to ensure the health and performance of AWS resources, while also troubleshooting issues. Proficient in installing and configuring the Elastic Stack on a containerized environment. Skilled in writing customized filters on Logstash and working with all Elastic agents. Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts such as Pods, Deployments, Services, and Persistent Volumes. Expertise in building, managing, and troubleshooting Docker containers. Preferred AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
