Able to demonstrate good verbal/written communication combined with some organizational skills. Exhibit time management skills combined with strong collaboration and team-building awareness Experience in supporting project teams and meeting project timelines would be advantageous Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility in a professional mannerIs proficient in the use of all relevant EDC/CDM systems Can demonstrate some computing skills and has experience with MS Office suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Can demonstrate presentation skills. They oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget. Skills: Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager with good knowledge in Sales, Service and FSL. Well versed with REMS guidelines (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) Salesforce Implementation for Clinical Trials Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities. Experience in requirement gathering and Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
