IT Knowledge: Understanding of core IT concepts like networking, systems administration, and software development lifecycles. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project/Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS, Service Now, etc. Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to convey project details to technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate IT teams to achieve project goals. Organization & Time Management: Exceptional skills in planning, scheduling, and delegating tasks to meet deadlines. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project issues effectively. Possess creativity to develop artifacts as necessary to achieve outcomes. Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and gather feedback.
