The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, configuration, customization, and administration. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement identity and access management solutions based on business requirements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for identity and access management solutions. Design, develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including connectors, workflows, policies, and access certifications. Develop custom scripts, rules, and workflows to extend SailPoint functionality. Perform SailPoint IdentityIQ upgrades, patches, and migrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and end-users. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in identity and access management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer/Administrator, with at least [X] years of hands-on experience. Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, components, and functionalities. Experience with Java programming and scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, PowerShell). Hands-on experience with identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization. Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. SailPoint certification(s) (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer) is a plus.
